The Highlands Swim Club

Memberships to the Highlands Swim Club can be purchased and sold by individual members or the club (if club memberships are available).  The sale price is determined by market conditions and is negotiated between the buyer and seller.  A Membership Certificate (with official seal and signatures) is issued by the Membership Director as proof of ownership.

Memberships can also be leased for the year or part of the year (prorated). This year, leases are from Members only -- the club no longer leases memberships.

As a courtesy to our members, the Club Membership Director maintains a list of Owners who wishes to sell  or lease their memberships--see below.

Members who wish to sell  or lease their membership can also us free services such as Craigslist.org to advertise their memberships for sale. Non-members can also search Craigslist for Highlands Swim Club for memberships offered.

Transfer of ownership fee is $30, typically paid by the buyer when requesting a new Certificate to be issued.

Please keep in mind that only memberships in good standing can be transferred -- this means all dues and fees paid.  Buyers can request the Membership Director  validate that the membership they are purchasing is in good standing.
