MEMBER OWNED SHARES FOR SALE
Sharehold owners that are planning to no longer be part of the Highlands Swim Club can sell their share. Highlands Swim Club will maintain the list below of owners looking to sell.
The value of the share is based on market conditions and can be negotiated between the seller an buyer. The final price for the sale of the share will be agreed between parties. The leaving member is responsible for paying the 2026 dues, assessment, and transfer fee to the club to be in good standing. Then the share owner in good standing (fully paid) will be transferred to the new owner. After the transfer the new owner will not owe any balance to the Club for the 2026 season. Beginning with the 2027 season the new owner will pay the regular annual dues and assessment (if any).

LEASE AVAILABLE BY OWNER
Member owners who do not plan to use the club for the season may choose to lease it to another household. The member must be in good standing with the club by paying all dues and assessments. The owners sets their own pricing for the summer lease. Please contact the member owners below to inquiring about their lease.
